Essential Oils for Prolapsed Uterus
Essential oils have literally been an essential support during my prolapsed uterus healing journey (find my book, Healing Prolapse: Inspired Words for Your Journey Within, here). I’m really not sure where I’d be today if I hadn’t have made them part of my daily routine. When we use pure oils, the affect on our emotional, mental and physical states can be profound.
The Importance of Wood Oils
Last night, I attended a talk by Dr David Hill, Chief Medical Officer of doTERRA. It opened my eyes even further to how Mother Nature can support our bodies to return to balance. One of the things he spoke about is how WOOD OILS SUPPORT TISSUES, while my absolute favourite oil of all oils, FRANKINCESE, helps to STABILISE TISSUES. When you have a prolapsed uterus, or any form of prolapse, this becomes extremely valuable information.
Women’s monthly blend for Prolapsed Uterus
The Women’s Monthly Blend is one of my favourite essential oils for prolapsed uterus, especially if essential oils are new to you. Formulated to be soothing and calming during menstruation, it also gently nudges us to find balance through reconnecting with our feminine selves. It is a brilliant oil to have on hand every day to help relieve feelings of anger.
Apply topically to the back of the neck, on temples, and bottoms of feet.
In my work over the years as an holistic beauty editor, I have researched various essential oils, but could never find those pure enough to use on my skin (what we put on our skin goes within). This is because most essential oils on store shelves are adulterated, synthetic and often laden with heavy metals (and supplied by brokers who have no thought or care for where they get their oils from). There is only one company in the world that I trust and that is doTERRA—and not only because they rigorously batch test all of their oils for purity that goes well beyond organic.
Pure essential oils can support our mind, our emotions and our physical body. I will be sharing more information here specific to essential oil usage and prolapsed uterus support, in the hope it encourages you to explore what’s possible when we become our own doctors.
