Our Symptoms Are Our Signs
Our body’s symptoms are signs: a call to address the cause of the pain and discomfort.
The majority of women plug up the pain so they don’t have to feel it. This simply sends a signal to send another symptom, somewhere else in the body. There is no escaping the body’s innate wisdom. There is no pill in the history of all pills that can fully address the true roots of any ailment.
To truly heal where the symptom is no longer, it is always best address from an holistic perspective. This can be painful, to really look at how we got to the point we’re at.
Whatever the condition, there is almost always a seed that was planted and grew through ignoring the body’s signs. When we give ourselves the space and time, that is when we hear the whispers of our soul, the messages from within. Society-applauded “busy syndrome” is but a tool of avoidance to face what we truly need to face in order to stand in our own greatness and embrace our own sovereignty.
Support the body and it will in turn support you. It can be no other way.
