Self Love is Not What You Think It Is
Self love. So much talk about it, yet few seem to truly understand what it means.
Self love is not an action to be taken. Self love is an innate knowing that we are enough, we are sovereign and we are connected to the innate.
Self love is not about adoring our physical from the ego. Self love is about appreciating our body and its functions, its shape, and all the while knowing we are each unique in our physical expression.
Self love is nothing to do with the social programming tied to the overused words of “self love”. Self love is deep, all-knowing and non-judgemental.
Self love is about stepping into your uniqueness and expression of that uniqueness without apology. Self love is a critical key to fully healing many of the symptoms we experience. It is not a goal to meet, but a state to experience. It is a moving beyond the matrix of media-driven expectations to coming home to what we truly know of ourselves, if only we would listen.
Embodying self love begins with an intention to be just that, an expression of love from which we came, from whom we truly are. Every single woman deserves to experience true, unwavering self love. It is available to all.
Are you ready to rise up and claim what is, and has always been, yours?
