Overcoming Anxiety: Return to Rhythm

What is anxiety and how do we overcome it? The answer may be more simple that most realise, embedded in an unlearning of what we were told was the way.

With the emergence of Earth’s awakened energies, there is a calling to return to her rhythms—a relearning of what we already innately know but have chosen to forget.

In our preoccupation with complicating so much, there is actually a simplicity to be found in the return of the way it was always meant to be. Live in accordance with her laws and we may find we intuitively tap into our own rhythms more easily, improving not only our physical health, but our mental wellbeing.

There is opportunity within this understanding to step away from the crowd and say no to the status quo—the “doing-ness” that is fixed upon achievement of an outcome, in search of fleeting, or sometimes elusive, happiness. Just because something has always been done a certain way, doesn’t mean it always should be the way.

It is within the conscious moving away we may discover we are not alone in the journey, but part of a collective who are taking an active part in dissolving the draconian by leading with an intentional, expansive heart energy, knowing we too are the very Mother Nature we seek to heal.

To Heal Anxiety

To heal anxiety or any affliction is not to reach a destination. The process of healing is experienced in the journey of coming to know our authentic selves. When we come to find and embrace our holistic self, in all of its facets—and support our whole self needs—it is then we may experience what we deem to be healing. The journey can never be in parts if we truly want to feel better. What we seek is seeking us. We just need to remember how to listen.
