Allowing Forgiveness
How willing are you to forgive yourself? To release the energy of self-blame and victimhood?
How willing are you to say, I am human, therefore I am perfectly imperfect? How willing are you to let go of the same stories that repeat in your head? How willing are you to say, regardless of any self-judgement, I am human, therefore I am perfectly imperfect? How willing are you to send the self-perceived wrongs to the light in order to invite in new, more supportive experiences?
As we enter into the final month of the year, this is the perfect time to let go. To let go and let live. To let live and be love. To be perfectly imperfect and apologise for none of it, understanding you are exactly where you are meant to be.
The energy of our thoughts and beliefs contributes to our symptoms. In many cases, it creates our symptoms. When you realise you are perfectly imperfect because you are human, none of the self-judgment or blame can stick because we each have our own stories. We have all done stuff we’re not proud of, or would change. It is what being human is about: experiencing life in its glorious full capacity. To do so means there will be mistakes and moments of regret. The key is to see we are all the same and then to let it all go.
Decide to love yourself this December. Create a foundation for the New Year, knowing all will be well if you decide it to be so. From this place, see how your symptoms respond. You may be pleasantly surprised.
Go forth and love yourself despite perceived flaws.
Go forth and forgive yourself despite perceived wrongs.
Go forth and live your best life because you deserve it.
