One of my early realisations during my own POP healing journey, was the need for more support and how that need contributed to my symptoms. In my work with women who suffer with various forms of prolapse, this also rings true. Women simply aren’t receiving emotional support during their healing journey. Many also don’t know that it is possible to heal, because healthcare providers don’t understand the holistic approach to balance, vitality and symptom recovery.
As a woman who has successfully healed POP and as a holistic wellness practitioner, I am now able to support those want to get a deeper understanding of the holistic path to healing their condition.
If you have been told that Kegels are your only hope and surgery your only option, I am here to tell you there are many other approaches to take in order to heal the symptoms known as prolapse.
Each support session is tailored specifically to you and your circumstances, therefore, no two sessions are alike. Generally, I look at emotional and lifestyle contributors to support the release of what is not serving your highest good. It is also an opportunity for you to talk to someone who knows what you’re going through.
Your sessions may include:
• Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT Tapping), which women find highly effective for releasing suppressed emotions. Suppressed emotions have a very real effect on the physical body;
• Lifestyle recommendations specific to POP;
• Intuitive counsel;
• Angel card readings;
• How to work with essential oils specific to prolapse;
• Distance Reiki.
Taking the whole person into consideration is a highly effective way of treating POP.
Session availability is strictly limited. Generally I work with four women only each month via Skype or Zoom.
