One of my lessons during my journey to heal a common condition doctors told me I could not is, it’s important to plan… to put words on paper to bring them into form. This is like the fuel to helping your dreams and goals actually show up (if they are in your highest good). It takes intention and, often times, planning, to heal. This is why I created a planner… it it so much more than keeping track of daily tasks.

I also often felt overwhelmed during my healing years. I now take deliberate action to make sure I don’t get overwhelmed if I can possibly help it. This is why I use a two-month planner at a time. This keeps my focus where it needs to be and not off in the far future somewhere. I have my vision for what I want to happen long term, but the planning I do is in the now, while planting seeds a few weeks ahead.

We are powerful beings who have the ability to bring our dreams into reality. We just need to have the intention to do so.
